Who would have know that BP can actually scout a good trail. If I were Penguin, I'd keep the SOB around a bit longer, he may have some use to the LAH3..... The new brewmiester!
Great trail, and beer checks. As refreshing as my beer was at the beer checks so was the well 'laid' trail.
This trail had beer, shiggy, great checks, beer, circle jerks, beer, water crossings, and we got jeered by a crowd of homies. What more can one ask for from a trail? A well thought out and intelligently laid trail. Well done Fergus and Penguin.
Hey BP, 68 people showed up for your trail, which means that despite all your pimpin' (bordering on spamming), you once again just couldn't get to 69!
New boots included Just Clark (Shut Up), Just Lynn (Jack Mie Auf) and near new boots Just Kurt and Just Shannon.
Visitors: Shut Up (LB), Nice Hair Fag (LB), Missionary Impossible (LB), Lord Farquaa (Singapore) and Living Proof (El [P]asshole, TX).
Despite being laid by an idiot, the first check induced me to do a full lap around the Ladera Center, with no trail ever "heading" up the Baldwin Hills. You know you've FU'd big time when, after 30 minutes re-breaking checks by your lonesome, you finally catch up to some other poor bastard DFL and it turns out to be Fungus! Shitty trail!
This trail totally sucked ass.
I had started thinking that dad musta been having an affair, judging by the amount of time he was out of the house "scouting".
In retrospect that would have been much preferable to having to endure his 5 miles of pavement, or listening to his constant droning about "Trail O' The fucking Year"..
1). Thanks to everybody who showed up, drank beer and ran this stupid ballbuster.
2). WTF is going on with Ballona Creek? Somebody laid a great fuck-off metal pontoon right where the damn water crossing was supposed to be! It wasnt there Sunday, honest..
3). Sorry about the kitchen being closed at the otherwise-excellent Joxer Daly's but who would've imagined all the illegals would go on strike?
4). Joxer's and Backstage were both very accomodating with pitchers and pricing - so support your local pubs by drinking there as often as you can.
5). We found out that Johnny's French Dip does a fine steak sandwich.
6). No I will not be Beermeister.
Penguin is already pissed at me.
7). Fergus, you're grounded.
